Conditions and Terms
Rate and Deposit
The Farm: $2000– use of tent, sides, entire property day including Farmhouse from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. day of event 
The Farm House: $750– Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 2 p.m. / Min. 2 night stay 

To hold a weekend date a $250 deposit is required. 50% of the total Farm rental is due three months prior to date of event. Balance is due day of event.

Catering
If you choose to have Heritage Prairie cater your wedding, we will assist you with creating your ideal menu. If you choose to have Heritage Prairie as your caterer, a separate catering contract will be created.

Choice of caterer, rental company and other subcontracted services are all subject to the approval of Heritage Prairie. User is responsible for informing caterer and other service providers of all rules. Service personnel must comply with terms of contract. User will be liable for all actions of user’s guests and employees. Caterers are to provide their own manpower to unload, set up and reload their goods. Caterers will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas where food is prepared and served. Outside caterer/servers must have proof of insurance. It is an additional $350 for commercial kitchen rental for day or your event if you use another caterer

Wedding Tasting Parties
Heritage Prairie offers wedding tastings events. If you are not able to make our scheduled tastings, we can provide a private tasting for an additional fee, or call us for other opportunities to experience our food. Consider having family members take your place at a tasting if you are unable to attend. Tastings are intended for the bride and groom, but additional family members may come for an extra charge.

Liability
The individual using Heritage Prairie Farm is fully responsible for any damage that may occur during an event and expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Heritage Prairie Farm from any liability for any theft, damage or injury associated with the event. In the event of specific damage to the premises as a direct result of the activities of the user, user's staff, subcontractors, clients, or any guest at the event- the user assumes responsibility for prompt payment of the cost of any repair and/or replacement necessary to correct such damage.

Timing
All functions are to end at agreed upon time. It is suggested that food, beverage, and music cease one half hour prior to event's end. 

Set up and Breakdown
You will have the week prior to your wedding to decorate the tent, and the day of the wedding to decorate the tables. We can have one of our staff members set up your table for an additional service fee. Breakdown must occur immediately after the event, and all items removed the same night – or if needed special arrangements for next day pick up can be accommodated. Heritage Prairie must return to its original condition before leaving the premises.
